How to cancel your GuardYak subscription

You can cancel from Billing at any time. Paid features stay on until the end of the period you've paid for, then the workspace returns to the free plan.

Before you start

  • Owner role
  • A paid subscription

Cancel a paid plan from Billing. You keep the paid features until the period you've paid for ends.

Below the plans, your subscription shows its next renewal date. Select Cancel subscription, then confirm.

Billing now shows the date your access ends. Change your mind before then? Select Keep subscription.

Steps

  1. Cancel the subscription ▶ 0:08

    Under the plan cards, find your subscription and select Cancel subscription, then confirm.

  2. Check the end date ▶ 0:16

    Billing shows Access continues until the end of the paid period. Select Keep subscription to undo the cancellation.
